
Sam is a solicitor who assists clients primarily with family law matters but also advises on property and debt collection.
She has advised clients across matters including:
- Divorce
- Separation
- Consent orders
- Parenting plans and spousal support.
- Property and financial matters
- Acquisition and sale of freehold and leasehold grazing and farming properties
- Various dealings with water access licences, water allocations and water licences
- Rural and commercial leases
- Rural agreements, agistment and share farming agreements
- Debt collection
Having grown up on a sheep, cattle and dry land farming operation in North West New South Wales, Sam appreciates and understands the legal issues facing regional clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Arts/Law Majoring in Psychology from the University of New England
- Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice
- Admitted to Supreme Court of Queensland in 2019.
Outside of the office Sam enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 children on their farm near Inglewood and playing cricket for the mighty Yetman Yabbies.
