2. Toad Licking Banned

In California, it is illegal to lick toads in order to get high as some people were getting injured by the toads’ poison. I have a question on this. The first person that ever licked a toad, exactly what was going through his head when he did it?

3. Illegal to Let your Chickens Cross the Road

In Gainesville ,Georgia, you eat fried chicken with your bare hands. Keep your forks away from them. The law describes chicken as a “culinary delicacy sacred to its municipality.” Perhaps this is why chicken deserves a specific transport safety law.

4. Legally Required to Smile at all times except at Funerals of Hospitals

In Milan, the law compels you to smile. It’s prescribed by a city regulation from Austro-Hungarian times that was never repealed. Exemptions included funeral goers, hospital workers or those at the bedside of an ill family member. For everybody else there is no excuse for being glum, the alternative being a fine.

5. No Farting after 6pm on Thursday

In Florida it’s illegal to pass wind after 6pm on a Thursday. It’s never really been enforced in Florida but it was probably written in the 1800’s. It’s not clear why this ever became a law, or a rumoured law in the first place.

6. You Should Always Wear Speedos In France

Most public swimming pools in France have banned loose-fitting swimming trunks for men. So if you’re found not wearing Speedos, banana hammocks, budgie smugglers, or even Borat thongs, you won’t be allowed in for a dip.

9. Winnie The Pooh T-Shirt Is Banned In Poland

Do not wear a T-shirt with Winnie the Pooh on it as it’s banned in Poland. The cuddly little bear does not wear pants, hence the ban. So if you are having one of these T-shirts, it’s best to leave them at home when in Poland.
